I. At your disposal.

We are delighted for having you with us and our staff is at your disposal round the clock, to extend a friendly welcome and to be helpful in every possible way. Registration is available 24 hours daily.

To contact the front desk, please dial le number 9 from the phone in your room.

II. General informations.

For your well being, the hotel is entirely non smoking, thank you for your understanding.


An extra charge will be made for check-out after 12 o’clock noon.

Keep your magnetic card with you during your stay.
You may be asked to present it to justify your presence in the hotel.
It must be left imperatively at the reception desk on departure day.

You can ask for luggage assistance at the reception desk (from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.) and leave your luggage in storage for free during your stay and on the day of your departure (24h/24).

The management recommends that you don’t leave valuables in the rooms.

A safe is at your disposal in your room.

If you require a shuttle to go to the airport, please ask at the reception 24h before your departure.

Extra blankets, pillows, towels, face cloths and additional complimentary toiletries such as razor, shaving foam, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, sewing kits, shower cap and sanitary napkins are available, free of charge, 24 hours a day at the reception desk.

Irons and ironing boards are available on demand.

Snacks, bottles of water and a choice of drinks are available 24 hours daily at the bar of the reception.

Newspapers and magazines are available for free at the ground floor.

All rooms are air-conditioned.

One hair dryer is located in the bathroom of your room.

You can choose an Express check-out process to avoid the line at the departure,
please contact the front desk to know how to proceed.

We invite you to contact the front desk if you forgot something in the room.

If a product is not available at the hotel, please contact the front desk and we will help you by giving you all the helpful informations to get what you need.

The bathrobs are available on request at the front desk.

A meeting room is available. For any information concerning the rates, the availability and the capacity,

III. Wake up call service.

The reception desk is at your disposal to program your wake up call.
Dial 9 and inform the Reception Desk about your wake up time and room number.
An illuminated alarm clock is available upon request at the reception desk.

IV. How to make a call from your room ?

To call another room :
To call another room, please dial the number 3 followed by the number of the room.

Other calls :
If you want to call outside of the hotel, please reach the front desk first.

V. TV Set.

A remote control is available in your room.
A big buttons remote is available at the reception desk.

VI. Breakfast.

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room (ground zero) or in your room, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
The price is 15 euros per person.
We also propose our express breakfast served in our breakfast room or in your room from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the rate of 7 euros per person.

VII. Internet.

The hotel is configurated with Wireless High Speed Internet Access (Wi-Fi).
If you have trouble getting the connection, please contact the reception by dialing the 9.
Telephone and data extension cables are available at the reception desk.

VIII. Laundry.

A laundry bag and rates are at your disposal in the wardrobe.
Please note number of items given on the rates sheet,
and bring the laundry bag at the reception before 10:30 a.m.
Clothes will be delivered after 8:00 p.m.
No laundry service on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Iron and ironing board are available free of charge on request at the reception desk (24 hours daily).

IX. Computing services.

Fax reception and transmission, photocopies can be made at the reception desk (24 hours daily).
Telephone, fax and photocopy rates are available in your room.
A computer and a fax device can be installed in your room upon request at the reception desk.

X. Additional services.

Should you wish the turndown service, please contact the reception.
Should you need a shoe clean, an automatic polish machine is at your disposal, at the Ground floor.
A shoe shining service is also available upon request, please feel free to contact the front desk.

XIII. Politique verte.

Within the framework of our commitment to the respect of the environment and the implementation of the procedures related to sustainable development, we promise:

• To recycle all glass, paper, cans and plastic.
• To recycle some of the more unusual things such as batteries and print cartridges.

And moreover, we would like to include you in our involvement. Therefore and if you wish so, you can join us in this way in applying easy deeds:

• Place on the floor of your bathroom the towels that need to be changed,
those left on the rack or rail will not be replaced,
• Do not let the water run more than necessary for your bath, shower and when using the washbasin,
• Switch off the air conditioning when you open the windows,
• Switch off the lights, television and air conditioning when you leave the room,
• The beds sheets are changed every 3 days, for a more frequent change please ask reception.

XIV. Tourism.

We will be glad to organise and to book tours of Paris
and the surroundings, as well as shows, restaurants and car rental.
The staff at the reception desk is at your service for any other request you may have during your stay.
